Head to the Safari to end your day on a high!

At the Safari, there are countless, wonderful ways to end your day on a high. Indulge in a drink, talk about your day, or toast a friendship. Sample a good wine, taste a delicious cocktail, indulge in a cheese and charcuterie board or some warm escargots, before sampling a good gin. It’s up to you to decide! And as good things are meant to be shared, don’t forget to post, tweet or snapchat about our establishment!

The bar is open from Monday to Saturday from 6pm to 10pm (11pm in summer from June to September) from April to October and from Monday to Friday from October to March.

Reservations for the tapas and cocktail bar are essential, as we are subject to availability on our terrace and in our restaurant.

The Safari Bar, a friendly environment

Travel to the four corners of the globe with not just our selection of cocktails and regional wines, but also our new whisky, rum and gin selections on offer at the bar in the Safari Hotel.
You can enjoy this either by the fireplace or on our shady terrace, while the music will send you off to a whole new world.
Come join us at our special evenings, including wine, beer, cocktail and spirits tasting sessions, as well as wellness workshops.

Welcome to our Oasis in Provence! Le SAFARI HOTEL 

We are delighted to be able to welcome you to the hotel, in our tapas restaurant, also with an Evening Stopover offer  for business, But come to try our BAR and TAPAS  with Astrologic Coktails and special tapas from the world !!

Our reception will welcome you from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday to Saturday and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. only.

Our Lounge bar is open from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday to Saturday, except in winter closed on Sunday .

Our Tapas restaurant from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Monday to Saturday, Reservation recommended subject to availability.

Breakfast will be available to you from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and on weekends  from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. reservations must be made the day before before 8 p.m.

Help us protect the planet, in order to reduce our water consumption and our polluting emissions,  and in view of the circumstances of recent years (COVID), The floor staff will not ensure daily cleaning of occupied rooms, Only at from 3 consecutive nights.
